Even if your kitchen table doubles as your desk, we will create simple and sustainable systems so you can manage appointments, tasks and responsibilities without a color-coded planner or a Pinterest board.

Feel More Focused

Stay focused even when your brain is exhausted. You’ll learn how to manage distractions and actually finish what you start, even if you’re interrupted a dozen times a day, endlessly multitasking, or constantly forgetting things.

Task Management

Turn overwhelming projects (ex. booking medical appointments, closet clean-outs, resume updates, or birthday party planning) into small, manageable steps you can tackle between Zoom calls.

Time Blocking

Learn how to carve out short, focused blocks of time, even if your coworkers are small humans or needy pets. Get things done without waiting for the house to be quiet.

Create Systems

Meal planning, bill paying, email sorting… we’ll build routines that make these recurring tasks less annoying and more automatic, so they don’t keep hijacking your brain.

ABOUT ME

In my 20s, I thought being busy meant I was winning at life. Planners, post-its, a jam-packed calendar—it all looked like a game of Tetris.

By my 30s, life got louder: three kids, a career, a marriage, and the constant feeling that I was one forgotten permission slip away from total collapse.

Then came my 40s—and the pandemic. The world hit pause, and so did I. At first, I panicked. (What do you do when you’re not running on caffeine and chaos?) But eventually, I found something new: Space. Stillness. A Moment to Breathe.

Life didn’t stay quiet for long. Teenagers, aging parents, family losses, and perimenopause showed up like a perfect storm—and I felt deeply alone.

Here’s the twist: I have a background in psychology and special education, so I understood what was happening… but living it? That’s a whole different story. I realized women don’t just need advice—we need support, validation, and someone who won’t flinch when we say, “I forgot what I was saying… again.”

That’s why I do this work. I help women who are drowning in responsibilities, brain fog, and emotional overload find their footing again—not with perfection, but with practical tools, a little humor, and a lot of compassion.
